This is a sequel of Gears of War original, and to my astonishment this game certainly deserves all the praises. This game has picked up from the last sequel and in fact, experience a much better game play, more characters, not to mention the graphics, it’s breathe taking!

2. Call of Duty: World at War

Now this is the “thing” if you want a real war, and yet too cheesy to be at one. The visuals combining with highly intelligent gameplay pushed the game to the furthest extent I’ve seen. The weapons and machineries are so real, you’ll wonder if there’s a war going behind your yard if i’m playing next door!

3. Fallout 3

Fallout 3 will stand nice and firm on the Top 3 of Xbox 360 console games. The superb graphics along with nightmarish surroundings of the world that stays after a nuclear fallout. It certainly gave me creeps when I’m playing Fallout 3 especially when facing the “gone-bad” humans due to the radiations.

4. Left 4 Dead

Now for those that have the pinch for zombies, this game is for you. These “bad boys” are the all-time favourite, be it games or movies, zombies are just the perfect characters as villains. You’ll need to stay alive throughout the hordes of zombies and their bosses. Now go kill some zombies!

5. Fable II

Fable II picks up some where 500 years after the events of the Fable I, very creative and well laid storyline. With certain actions you can make a person good, or bad in this game. But the mature contents in the game might be some restrictions when you’re buying for your friends, make sure they’re old enough to be playing this!

I need to know how to download xbox 360 games, and also how to transfer them to my xbox 360. Maybe i could format my normal pc memory stick to the xbox 360 format or something? Once i transfer my downloaded xbox 360 games, how would i be able to Play them? If this is all possible.

to answer your question… no.

HOWEVER. You can download xbox 360 games and burn them to a verbatim dvd+-R DL disc, and play it just fine!

With the new update (Fall Update)… you can install games to your hard-drive and they load faster, but you must still have the disc in the drive. So not yet can you play COMPLETELY from your hard-drive!

To the 1st poster…. perhaps you should KNOW something before you go spitting off at the (mouth) fingers!

The best way to download games… private tracker sites. I won't name any, but just do a little bit of research… and you will definitely find your answers! I was a n00b once. Just do your research, you will learn faster that way!

oh and like seth said… you can play on xbox-live, but it takes you making sure your games are patched correctly! a program called mXuXlXlXeXtXeXrX will get the trick done (minus the X's). That will let you know the region, if it's patched and up to date, pretty much everything! minus burn it!

You got it I’m one of those guys looking for ways to make in game money by being lazy. It occurred to me I could run a macro through my computer to simulate a series of actions coming from an xbox 360 controller. Is there a known way to connect a PC to a 360, preferably wirelessly?

Okay .. If u r a coding geek, u can try learning the signal patterns and pattern of each buttons on controller and program an application in VC# or Java… Though u can acheive this, u can program the application only based on USB ports.. Now if u plan wireless, a xbox 360 controller doesn use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth technology .. It uses its own wireless transmission unit which has a frequency of 2.4 ghz.. So its almost impossible unless u design some electronic device which can transmit the signals exactly at 2.4ghz and at the same pattern as a 360 controller does… So if u find the above ways so wierd, u can buy a 360 controller which can be used on both pc and ur xbox 360.. With Christmas coming ever so closer, many children will be asking their parents for a new games console. But which one is the best for your family? The the 3 main consoles, the Playstation 3, XBox 360 and Nintendo Wii all after your sales, which one should you buy?

Starting with the Xbox 360. After a price reduction, the Xbox 360 now costs £130, making it the cheapest console of the 3 next gens. But, for your £130, you will only get the arcade system which doesn't come with a hard drive or games, so, what about console bundles. For the arcade system, you can get the console, 3 games and 2 controllers for around £160. As for the premium console, you can get a premium console which includes a 60GB hard drive, 3 games and 2 controllers for around £200. And if you are after the best Xbox, the Xbox 360 Elite will set you back £260, but for this you get a 120GB hard drive, 3 games and 2 wireless controllers.

Overall, the Xbox is a great console with many Xbox exclusive games. With a huge online community, it's the one of the best consoles for any family.

On to console number 2, the Nintendo Wii. The Nintendo Wii has to be the best family console, it features a huge range of family fun games to keep your family entertained for hours. For the console of its own, it will cost around £180, but for a bundle, you can get the console, 2 controllers, 2 nunchucks and 4 games for just under £270.

Overall, the Nintendo Wii is a great console, with a huge range of child and family fun games, it's great for all ages.

The final console on the list is the Playstation 3, this is also the newest next gen console, aswell as the most exspensive. The Xbox 360 is very similar to the Playstation 3, however, the Playstation contains a Blu-ray DVD player, allowing you to play Blu-ray DVDs. Also, within the last few days, Sony released their new online community, the Playstation Home, which is free free all Playstation owners.

As for the price of the console, it will cost you around £300 for the standard, 40GB hard drive one. As for the bundle offers, you can get an 80GB hard drive with 4 games for around £300.

Obviously the Playstation 3 is the most exspensive of the 3, but I would not say it's the best value for money. Although the Xbox and the Playstation are similar, the Xbox seems to have a better range of exclusive content.

Finally, I would say that the Xbox 360 is the best console for solo gaming and online gaming and the Nintendo Wii is best for younger aged and family gaming.
